Those who would like to row we leave the LBT at 6:15. Other LBT members will be joining us so a chance to go out in the Swiftsure, skifffs, or sail a grebe.

A chance to wear the Christmas Bling!

Nubeena Regatta Saturday 23 January
Hans is looking for people to join him in the Nubeena Regatta. This is a great opportunity to spread the word of the joys of rowing and to row in a different location. An invitation to join us has gone to Cygnet and Taroona. Should be a great weekend away.

The council are organising the event which goes all day ending in a feast at night. The organisers would like to know quickly if we are going to attend. Could you please let Hans know if you are interested. Phone: 0448050337

Geelong Regatta 12-14 March

When next you see Richard, Marguerite or Lorrie have a chat about this regatta. We really would like some more to join us. The Wooden Boat Centre is interested in participating in the Wooden Boat Festival in Geelong being held at the same time. The regatta is expected to be a promotion of St Ayles Skiffs and more a fun, social event, with a lot of mix 'n match crews.

Australia Day

We will have an opportunity at the Huon Australia Day event to get involved. Maybe a come 'n try? Any other suggestions?

I am off to Brisbane again on Saturday. Unable to send out any newsletters until I return but I am contactable by email and phone.

Thanks you for opening and reading the Newsletter as well as contributing.

What a great year this has been, starting with our very successful St Ayles Skiff Regatta! Followed with lots of rowing and friendship. Thank you everyone who came out in the boat with me. I loved every row. Big thank you to the unique LBT for letting it all happen.

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and see you on the river in 2016.
