Tents, people and boats are gathering near the Snug oval and the self-organised Raid has kicked off. Those of us remaining in Franklin have sent up supplies and equipment from the LBT shed that we think may help the Snug people and can send other stuff if needed but apart from that there's little more we can do from here. The Snug Self-organised Raid will become whatever the people there make of it. Enjoy yourselves - there's plenty of good waters to explore nearby. Please keep an eye on the developing bushfire situation - Tasmania is a small island and things can change quickly.
