  • Expression of Interest for tn19 now open Planning for the Living Boat Trust’s next big adventures in small-boats, the 10-day tawe nunnugah Raid and the 4-day Return Raid is well underway. The Expression of Interest (EOI) form is now open at:  https://goo.gl/forms/Q3PkP70xYTtsAzwC3   Everyone who is thinking about doing the Raids should complete the EOI – whether you plan to bring your own boat, crew on someone else’s boat or row or sail on one of the LBT’s fleet of small boats. The information you provide in the EOI is necessary for our planning and will help make sure we have enough support facilities and the right mix of boats available.   • tn19 Volunteer Register launched If you wish to help with the tawe nunnugah expedition or Return Raid in January/February 2019, please register as a volunteer at https://goo.gl/forms/zIJ8dn4aJ0hEktT73  We need the following: ·         Volunteers to help with land-based activities and camp support ·         Experienced skippers able to take responsibility for LBT owned and managed vessels ·         Offers of equipment and vehicles including 4WD utes, trailers, generators, marquees etc ·         Safety boats and safety boat operators ·         Anything else you can offer that we haven’t thought of yet If you can help in any way please follow the link to a simple questionnaire that will record who you are and what you can offer.   • tn19 web-site and Calendar of Events released Preparations for tawe nunnugah 2019 are gearing up - follow the progress on our web-site at http://tawe-nunnugah.org.  Activities begin with a Welcome Dinner in Franklin on 29 January, followed by the 10-day fully catered small boat expedition from Recherche Bay arriving in Hobart in time for the Australian Wooden Boat Festival, then the 4-day Return Raid (raid lite) from Hobart back to Franklin and finally a weekend regatta of sailing and rowing competitions.   • tawe nunnugah 2019 (tn19) mailing list is now open - the countdown has begun. If you are interested in the 2019 tawe nunnugah Raid or any of the related activities, either as a participant or as a helper, sign on to the tn19 mailing list (http://eepurl.com/dncOgn). Signing on to the mailing list doesn’t confirm you a spot but it does mean you will receive up-dates as soon as we send them out. Even if you have already told us you are interested in tn19 (we may have forgotten) the only way to be certain that you will get the up-dates is to join the mailing list. This year we have done away with the old Expression of Interest form and are replacing it with a booking ...
