If you are doing the tn17 Raid in your own wooden boat and want to display it at the Festival you need to register it with AWBF. Time to register is running out. Registrations for boats afloat close on 17th October and for boats displayed on land,12 December. We can't do this for you. If you want your boat to be displayed on the
water with the rest of the tn17 fleet – the advice from Bronwyn (AWBF) is to
include the words (RAID ENTRY) just like that, in brackets at the beginning of
the ‘Boat History’ section of the registration form. You will need at least two photographs - one showing the bows of your boat and the other showing the stern. You will need information on the dimensions of your boat and the type of rig etc. You will also need to provide information for your boat sign - using 150 characters or less including spaces. In the next section you will have 3000 characters to provide further information. This is what Bronwyn refers to as 'Boat History' - at the beginning of this section add (RAID ENTRY) then tell them why your boat is special. |
