There are a couple of ways to get yourself onto the mailing list:  complete the form at http://bit.ly/23n905x or register your interest in being on the raid at http://bit.ly/23n970L .  Messages are generated automatically from the tawe-nunnugah.org news page, which has a couple of advantages:

• it isn't reliant on the memory of the secretary;
  
• if emails get lost there is always the news page as a reference.

The disadvantage is that email systems such as Gmail tend to classify these messages as 'promotions' and stick them under a tab where nobody looks.  See the example in the second screen grab below.  The trick (for Gmail) is to RIGHT click on the item you are interested in, and 'move to tab primary' (see third screen grab).

There is an 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the newsletter: use that if you want to get off the list.
