Antiseptic / Cleaners
- Pkt of Alcohol Hand Wipes , &/or bottle antiseptic gel.( useful in galley too)
Wound Treatment
- 4 Povidone iodine sachets, ,or ointment .
- 1 Tube Burn Gel(or sunscreen will do)
Medications ( pain, seasick,& sleeping aid; minimum numbers)
- Pkt. (10) NSAID of your choice.( say Ibuprofen 200 mg x 2 Tablets )
- Pkt (10).Panadol ( 500 mg x 2 Tablets )
- 4 Aspirin ( 300 mg x 2 Tablets ) Useful if suspected heart attack too.
- 4 Promethazine(Phenergan 10mg OTC ) Sleeping aid ,& seasickness.
