Next month a retro/vintage fashion show and high tea on board will give people the chance to experience past decades – so mark Sunday, November 9 from 2-4pm a “must-do” on board the Cartela in Franklin, another fundraiser for the International St Ayles Skiff Regatta to be held in February 2015.
