Yet another St Ayles?

Di and Ian Moncrieff write:

'Thank you Franklin and the LBT for your warm inclusion of us (again) during this most blissful of summers.  Our annual summer pilgrimages continue.  Spending time on our vessel 'Pied Piper II' in your river, we witness the intense usage of  'Imagine' and 'Billy'. We see the ruddy and happy faces that return after early morning or twilight rows. And how exciting to see the new one nearing completion in the WBCT workshop.  So when we read in The Classifieds free weekly, of a mooted second St Ayles for Cygnet, we put up our hands, well the promise of a few dollars actually, to help.  May we encourage others to contribute if they can, to help a sister riverine communIty get its second skiff? The benefits of the St Aylesc movement in SE Tasmania are broad and deep. A critical mass of active boats and rowers multiplies the benefits manyfold. Contact Bob Hawkins buka@activ8.net.au if you can help.

Au revoir Franklin, we plan to see you next summer.'
