There has been a major 'autumn cleanup' in the office with new shelves installed (thanks Tuesday Group!) and David Pittaway and Southerly Dolling combing through old paperwork to extract the gems from the dross.  Southerly writes:

'Can you tell the members that we need about 15-20 mailing tubes. (I picked up 3 yesterday from the tip shop, & they will hold more when they come in).  The larger the better, for plans, posters etc.  We also need A3 x2 storage folio's, for plans/charts/posters that can't be rolled.  Also you need to put silver fish deterrents in the office- paper work has been chewed a bit.  Another thought for the committee is to consider is sending many of the older items to the Tasmanian Archives. This will preserve the 'history' for others to access on the future. I highly recommend this is done this year - it's 20 years since incorporation.'

Drop any offerings in to Southerly at her premises, Shop@Franklin opposite the post office.
