Visit from Japanese community group

The Living Boat Trust is a veritable melting pot these days.  No sooner had the Hazara left than the Japanese arrived.  They were from community groups which had formed to respond to the Tsunami. They were interested in how our Ozzie community group works, but listening to their stories and realising the scale of what they had to deal with - coastline damage stretching 500 km - was a humbling experience.  They have more to teach us than we them!  You never know though: we sowed the seeds of a 'Skiff led community revival', so maybe some time in the future we will need to win an Asian division before having the honor of competing in a Skiff World Cup.

Thanks to Kate for feeding us and who turned out to be a Japanese speaker.  She's a dark horse!
