The Huon Council writes:

'Council intends to make a new Council Land & Recreational Facilities By-law, By-law No. 1 of 2017 to replace the current By-law.  The purpose of the proposed By-law is for the control and management of Council land and recreational facilities.  A copy of the proposed By-law and the Regulatory Impact Statement is attached for your information (http://bit.ly/2n3VJfH).  Stakeholder consultation on the By-law is being undertaken and a letter is also attached which provides information on how to make a submission.  Submissions should be received no later than Wednesday 29 March 2017  Phone 03 6264 0300 | Fax 03 6264 0399.  Email hvc@huonvalley.tas.gov.au | Web www.huonvalley.tas.gov.au'

This will have implications for the LBT as users of council land, and for other community groups you may belong to. On the face of it what is proposed seems reasonable.
