Our ex-Bulgarian rowing coach, Boris, has reviewed our training dietary regime prior to the St Ayles Skiff Regatta, and advises that we need to increase carbohydrates, fats and cholesterol in order to maximise our performance levels. Take advantage of the last days of daylight saving, plus ideal tide on Sat March 14. We hope to take Imagine, Swiftsure and the usual miscellaneous kayaks.
