This is a repost from back in January at which time 2019 was a long way off.  We are hoping that the advancing months are concentrating minds, and that some of those minds remember how great past Tasskiffie events have been, and want to help us do it,  or something similar, again.  The good news for these people is that:
  1. we are old hands at this now, and the organising is well documented (see https://goo.gl/UnW1Bk);
  2. there will be lots of support from the rowers, the LBT and its members;
  3. There is 'money in the bank' so the requirements for fund raising should be small;
  4. it is a whole of community festival, and much of the work can be delegated to groups such as the local primary school.
The LBT functions because we share the workload: here is your chance to make a contribution! This is a fantastic event and  It will be fun.  To be part of it enter your name in the form below or  contact the secretary at sec@lbt.org.au  or complete the form below (https://tinyurl.com/y7qm8m2s)  .  Your name will appear in the list which follows after a refresh.

Some ideas to consider are attached: https://tinyurl.com/y8cxxknk .This time around there is only one day available instead of the usual two, so events will need to be restricted.  There is enthusiasm for more of a mix of events as there will be many people involved who are more sailors than rowers.
