Preparing to build the new verandah extension

The Building permit for the new extension on the south side of the shed should be signed off very shortly - at which point we can get stuck into it.  We need to get as much organised as possible ahead of time.  A 'biggy' is moving the office from its current location to somewhere out of the way.  This should be a temporary arrangement: once we have the space provided by the extension we can discard the office. The current proposal is to put it next to the verandah at the river end - identified by the red rectangle in the diagram below.   The office is on skids which appear to be damaged: it will likely need to be loaded onto a trailer.  Anyone with advice or suggestions about this should email them to the secretary:  sec@lbt.org.au

The blue rectangle in the diagram below indicates where the required disabled toilet will be built.  This is currently an oar and tool storage area.  These materials will also need to be moved, so at some stage we will need to requisition part of the shed being used for working on boats  as storage.
