Nancy gets her winter coat

The cover for 'Nancy', which was damaged whilst she was being trucked south, has now been repaired, and 'Nancy' is snug underneath it.  We particularly like the rabbit ears covering the running lights.  In the meantime Peter Heading and Phil Dunning have managed to disconnect the shaft from the electric motor to the gearbox on the old Frisco engine.  We thought extra sets of bearings might be required, but all seems to be well without them.  This should result in quieter and more efficient running.   You can see the disconnected ends in the not very satifactory picture below.
