'Classic Movies is screening the polarising (either love it or loathe it) 2013 British drama ‘Still Life’. No surprises, I loved this film.  Synopsis: Council case worker John May (Played by the fabulous Eddie Marsan) looks for the relatives of those found dead and alone in a London borough. (Courtesy IMDb).  I know…..sounds lame and boring, but this film is anything but. Yes it is a slow burn, thoughtful, but I assure you it does pack a punch.'

Doors open 6.30pm. Film starts at 7.15pm. Admission: $5.  Bar will be running with reasonably priced quality refreshments, offering the usual red/white/fizzy/beer/cider/tea/coffee/milky milo.  Please bring a plate (with something on it) to share for supper during the intermission.
