Barb Dawson writes: 'Just talked with Paccy Stronach from Dunalley - he runs/owns the
shipyard there, and is a boat builder and
furniture maker. He and his wife are coming
down for the movie. Paccy has agreed to give a 4-5 minute intro to
curraghs before the film starts….AND off his own batt, he is bringing
down his own 23 ft curragh!! Its a slightly smaller version of the one
in the movie. So we will have TWO curraghs on display on the night. The film has been released internationally to great acclaim, and has won several awards at film festivals in New York, Luxembourg and Ireland.
