From Ros Barnett:
'The regular Monday night meal on 12th January will be a bit special because the Tawe Nunnugah catering crew are rehearsing their opening menu. It will be an Italian themed evening, with a choice of beef lasagne or roast vegetable vegetarian lasagne, an abundance of summer salad and garlic bread, followed by tiramisu. The new coffee service will get a run after dinner. The crew are also having a run though of their mobile kitchen and dining tent, so they are asking you to come along early and help with the erection of the marquee, the overhaul of the equipment, and the shake out of all the gear. There is a serious amount of work to get through before dinner can be served. The Tawe Nunnugah chef, Daniel Williams, will be our guest at dinner and it is our opportunity to show him what a really good shed night looks like. Remember, the price for Monday meals has increased to $12, with $4 going to Trust funds and the balance covering the cost of food. Meals will be ticketed so you need to purchase your ticket early to ensure you get a meal as the number has been capped at 50.'
