Three years ago Leshelen arrived at the Wooden Boat Centre in very poor condition (see https://goo.gl/h9bcKC).  After an extensive rebuild and restoration she was ready to go on the water, which happened today (Tuesday).  There was a certain amount of heart in mouth, but those who know how to balance a boat on slings did a great job, and she soared over the dinghy shed perfectly level and with no drama at all to land on her lines in the river.  And they did remember to put the bung in.  Congratulations to David Nash and others who have done the work, and to the owners for seeing the project through.
