Funding Skiff Events

Word from St Ayles Skiff Community Rowing Association of Australia (sascraa.org): 

'"Getting enough skiffs together for a national event is always going to be a challenge in Australia", says Patrick Groot, President of the St Ayles Skiff Coastal Rowing Association of Australia, "because it's a big place and the St Ayles skiff community are widely dispersed". To help overcome this SASCRAA has established a fund to help with the cost of transporting skiffs to national events. The fund was kicked off by the tawe nunnugah expedition tn17 organised by the Living Boat Trust in Tasmania in February 2017. If you are part of the growing skiff community in Australia please consider this fund if you are organising an event and need assistance or are looking for a worthy cause to donate funds to.'
