'The Leederry was an 80 foot trading ketch built of huon pine, which plied the Bass Strait trade mid 20 century.The Leederry sank off Bad  ger island I believe date unknown, though i did see the information at the maritime museum on Flinders island.  Only remaining artefact is its original life boat :
  • 16ft 5in L 6ft 2in B 2ft 4in D;
  • huon pine clinker , has had a centerboard added and a gunter rig; 
  • Structural work undertaken by shipwright, bulkhead, foredeck beams and samson post.
