Mariners are advised flare displays will be conducted as follows:

• Thursday, 2 October (today) at Kingston between 1700 and 2100 hours;
  
• Friday, 3 October at Kettering between 1200 and 1700;
  
• Tuesday, 7 October and Wednesday, 8 October at Mountain River between 1200 and 2000. 
  

Red hand flares and parachute rockets will be used.  These should not be taken as signals of distress.
