Laurence Burgin writes: I have submitted an application to the MAST Recreational Boat Fund for the third year running, and think we are in with a good chance this year to get extra navigation marks between Castle Forbes Bay and Franklin. We have a lot of boats go aground each year which is unfortunate and bad for reputation of the port of Franklin. We need some folks to come to the forum to support the proposal at Hobart:
