The LBT has a number of champions, and one of the less visible is Guy Greener who has been beavering away at plans for our verandah extension. As is always the case with these things, what seemed simple has not been, but Guy has been steadily levelling mountains into mole hills that we can realistically tackle, and is now happy to share the drawings that he has prepared. I gave a copy to the Building surveyor last week for comment and he couldn’t see anything in particular omitted or wrong, so we can only hope it goes through without too many requests for further information. Don’t forget it has to pass Planning too. You should definitely consider whatever future developments are in the pipeline in conjunction with these drawings.
