Notice to Mariners:

Mariners are advised that a new east cardinal day mark has been established in Little Oyster Cove, Kettering in position 43 degrees 07. 2992S, 147 degrees 15.2376E. 

  Of course nobody needs to be reminded that you stay to the east of an 'east cardinal day mark'.
