Dunally Water Awareness Days Rescheduled

Dunally Primary School will now be coming to Franklin for a water awareness program on 29th of August and the 17th of September.  On the first of these days the children, from grade 6, will be working in the shed.  Likely activities are making wooden boats, steaming wood, and stripping an outboard motor.  On the second day they will be concentrating on water awareness - finding out about tides, weather, map reading etc, followed by a rowing expedition around Egg Island.

We need volunteers to help on both days for rescue boat, model making and rowing instruction.  Please contact Glynn Shevels - 0419 341493
