Ross James (from the Wooden Boat Centre) writes: 'If learning how to build a traditional clinker timber dinghy using the finest boat-building timbers is your dream, then time is running out to learn these skill in 2015. Courses start on 24th of August, and 19th of October, limited vacancies still available. You will work alongside a boat-builder with no more than 4 other students and produce a dinghy just like the one shown. ... You will learn all the skills necessary to build a traditional boat using these methods from lofting to launch. The course lasts seven weeks.
