Everything is on an heroic scale over at the old apple drying factory (the 'evaporators'), including the cleanup. When Martin and Judy decided to empty the old storage shed they fired up the forklift, and they needed it! There was a monumental collection of broken machinery and furniture, scrap iron and birds nests, augers and sprockets, engines and pipes, gearboxes and timber and unidentifiable bits and pieces of all sorts.
