Cartela NOT coming on the 4th

We had been hoping to organise a welcome for her, but Ross James (of the Steamship Cartela Company) writes
'still no word from Aurora re power on the Franklin wharf. Please pass on that Cartela will not be arriving on the 4th.  I will confirm a date as soon as I can.'
