We (on the current committee) strongly encourage every member to consider nominating.  All committees needs a periodic infusion of new ideas, new expertise and new enthusiasm.  The Trust is in a stable financial position, the membership is actively and enthusiastically involved in a number of ongoing projects, and there are several experienced committee members who will be renominating. This should not be a 'hardship posting'.  New committee members should be able to quickly get down to the task of making the LBT a better place.
