Billie was in the thick of almost frenetic on the water action at the Bellerive Seafarers Festival on Sunday.  Annette, Endra and Steve barely had time to disembark each crew of happy rowers before the next was tumbling aboard.  For many it was a first opportunity to get on the water, and they loved it.
