Martin Krynen was cleaning out the evaporator sheds when he came across the attached article from the Sunday Tasmanian, September 24, 1995. The accompanying picture balances 'Huon Harmony' on the water with a very empty north Franklin foreshore, and the evaporator sheds in the background (hiding behind piles of apple crates and trees). The Franklin Progress Association had designs on that empty foreshore, planning a '90 metre wharf and protected berths, small boat sheds, paths and parklands at the entrance to the town' (see second pic below).
