Annette, Endra, Hans, Nell, Tess, Steve and Dennis took 'Billy', the marquee and the makings for some good nautical activities (model raft making, knot tying etc), to this very popular family event, and a good time was had by all.  Don't think Billy has ever been asked to tow a balloon boat before.
