To celebrate International Human Rights Day Amnesty's Southern Action Group has partnered with Cygnet Arts council to bring you a special screening of Stephen Page's outstanding film SPEAR.  A visually arresting film, SPEAR tells a contemporary Aboriginal story through movement and dance. It follow a young Aboriginal man, Djali, as he journeys form the outback to the streets of Sydney to understand what it means to be a man with ancient traditions in a modern world.  The event is being held in support of Amnesty International Australia’s Community is Everything campaign.  This campaign aims to end the inequality faced by young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders in the justice system.
