For those who yearn for a summer sojourn in the northern hemisphere, if only in the mind, Off Center Harbor recommends 'Scoggie', a short film about a  young boat builder on Bras d'Or Lake, Cape Breton, Canada.  It is a good story in a breathtaking location.
